Made-to-order fulfillment
Cool Human Apparel products are made to order. Order processing, production, and shipping are separate stages.
Orders are scheduled for automatic submission to production 24 hours after import into our fulfillment system. This does not mean your order will be printed or shipped within 24 hours.
Shipping rates

- We currently ship to the United States and Canada.
- U.S. standard shipping: $4.99, free on qualifying orders of $50 or more.
- Canada standard shipping: $9.99, free on qualifying orders of $75 or more.
- Final shipping charges are shown at checkout.
Review your shipping charge at checkout. Contact us if it appears inconsistent with these offers.
Production and delivery
Production and delivery times vary by product, availability, destination, and carrier. Any estimates provided are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Production time is additional to carrier transit time. Stock shortages, holiday demand, and carrier delays may affect timing.
Address changes and cancellations
Check your shipping address carefully before ordering. To request a change or cancellation, email CoolHumanApparel@gmail.com immediately with your order number.
Changes and cancellations are available only before an order is submitted to production. Requests require confirmation from us. The automatic approval setting does not guarantee a full 24-hour cancellation window.
Delivery problems
If your shipment is delayed, missing, damaged, or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact CoolHumanApparel@gmail.com promptly. Include your order number and tracking information, if available. We will investigate with our fulfillment and shipping partners and explain the available resolution.
