Sizing and fabric

How do I choose my size?

Use the size guide on the individual product page. Lay a T-shirt you already like flat, measure its chest width and body length, and compare those measurements with the chart. Chest width is measured across the shirt, not around your body. Charts include inches and centimeters; offered sizes vary by product.

Are all shirts the same fit and fabric?

No. The catalog includes Gildan Softstyle 64000 unisex shirts and 64000L women’s shirts with a semi-fitted shape. Fabric composition also varies by color, especially gray and heather shades. Check the specific product’s Fabric and fit section before choosing.

Personalized shirts

How do I personalize a shirt?

Selected shirts in our Real Estate collection offer personalization.

1. Select your size and color.
2. Click Add personalized design and complete the available fields.
3. Check your details and the preview, then click Save design.
4. Add the shirt to your cart.

If you change the size or color afterward, check and save the personalization for that selection before adding it to your cart. Product images may show example names, numbers, or designs.

Production and shipping

Are shirts printed to order?

Yes. Production and shipping are separate stages. An order-processing or approval timeframe is not a promise that your shirt will be printed, shipped, or delivered within that time.

Where do you ship, and when will my order arrive?

We currently ship to the United States and Canada. Timing varies by product, availability, destination, and carrier. Review the shipping policy and the charges and any estimates shown at checkout.

How do discounts affect free shipping?

Free-shipping eligibility is based on the qualifying merchandise subtotal after discounts and before taxes. A discount can bring your subtotal below the free-shipping threshold. Canadian checkout uses CAD, so the displayed amount can differ from the U.S.-dollar base amount. Review the final shipping charge at checkout.

Real estate bundle savings

Which shirts count toward the Realtor Pack?

Buy 2 eligible real estate shirts for 10% off, or 3 or more for 15% off. Only eligible shirts in the Real Estate collection count toward and receive the bundle discount. Other items may stay in your cart at their regular price.

Can I combine discounts?

Our promotional codes and Realtor Pack offers cannot be combined. Check the offer applied in your cart before completing your purchase.

Order changes and support

Can I change or cancel my order?

Email CoolHumanApparel@gmail.com immediately with your order number and request. Changes and cancellations are available only before submission to production and require confirmation from us. A request does not guarantee a change or cancellation.

What if something is wrong, or I need a return, exchange, or refund?

Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number, the item, a description of the issue, and your preferred resolution. Include clear photos for damage, defects, printing issues, or an incorrect item.

We welcome sizing and change-of-mind requests as well. Each request is reviewed individually; a return, exchange, or refund is not automatically approved. Contact us before sending anything back. See the full return and refund policy.
